There She Rows featured on the BBC Oneshow, wearing and representing MyWorkwear!
As a sponsor for There She Rows, it’s an honour for us to support such a meaningful cause and to be a part of their journey. In addition, we provided them with their branded attire for their challenge, and we’re thrilled to see them donning it with pride.
Sponsorship
At MyWorkwear, we are proud to sponsor There She Rows, an inspiring team of four adventurous and passionate women who are on a mission to empower women and girls to embrace an active lifestyle through sports.
Their Journey
Recently, they took on the challenge of walking 100 miles from Winchester to Eastbourne. Every 1-mile walk represents 10 thousand girls who dropped out of sports last year in the UK. They wanted to shine a spotlight on this inequality and raise awareness of the challenges girls face when getting into sports.
Over half the girls in the UK will quit sports by the time they’re 17 due to various reasons, including a lack of access to facilities, gender stereotypes, and social pressures. There She Rows hopes to inspire and motivate other women and girls to get into sports and stay active. They want to show that with determination, hard work, and a supportive community, anything is possible. Additionally, they want to raise awareness about the importance of creating equal opportunities for girls and women in sports. MyWorkwear is proud to be associated with There She Rows and their commitment to empowering women and girls through sports.
Their determination and spirit are truly inspiring, and we’re excited to see what they will achieve in the future.
Support
Thus, let’s join hands with There She Rows and work towards creating a more inclusive and equal world for women and girls in sports. Let’s celebrate their accomplishments and continue to support and encourage more women and girls to embrace an active lifestyle. Together, we can make a difference and inspire a generation of strong, empowered women.
