How to Order

Getting a bit stuck? This is how you can order your goods over the web:

1. Browse the shop - Spend time looking through the categories looking for the items you want. Everything is categorised under helpful titles; choose a category from the left of the web page and then in the centre section of the page you can see both products that come under that category title and perhaps even more categories.

You can also search for items directly using the search boxes to the right of the page. There are two - if you know our product code you can input this directly, otherwise you can do a more general keyword search. For example, search for "waterproof" to find everything on the site which is waterproof in some way.

2. Putting an item in your basket - as you browse around the shop, you can fill your virtual basket with the items you want. To do this, click on the product and check its description out. If it's what you want, you usually have two options on the right - colour and size. Choose these as you need. Once done, the item is ready to be put in the basket. Click the "Add to Basket" button to do this. You'll then be looking at the contents of your basket showing the details of each item you've chosen and a subtotal of the current cost. You can now go back to the products and add more to your basket, or go to the checkout and complete the order!

3. Checkout: buying items - firstly, you will need to be logged in so we know where to send the goods. If you haven't already done this put your email address and password in the login boxes up in the top right of the page. If you don't have an account yet you can create one in the same location. Don't worry, your basket items will be kept while you register!

To go to the first stage of the checkout, click the "Checkout" button in the bottom left (or the link from the basket if you're on that page already).

The first stage is payment. Select how you'd like to pay here. Make sure you have a credit card ready if that's how you want to order. Once done, click "Save and go to Dispatch".

Now you need to chose your delivery options. You can send to a different address to your registered account (note that usually we will only send to your credit card's registered address). Once done, click "Save and go to Confirmation".

Review your order - it has not been confirmed yet so this is your chance to check everything is correct. You can change certain sections by clicking the "EDIT" links. If you want you can give us a Purchase Order number to match our invoice to your records.

If everything is correct, click Finalise Order. Your order will be submitted to us and you'll receive your items in due course!

4. Keeping up to date - You'll receive an email with the details of your order soon after it has been placed. You can also view the status of the order by logging into the website and clicking the "Past order/status" link at the upper right of the page. This will show you all your order and the status of them. Once they've gone to "dispatched" they are in the hands of our courier and should arrive within a days time.
