Winter has finally arrived!
It would seem that winter has finally arrived in the UK and no doubt many of you will have woken to lot’s of snow everywhere. When the weather turns for the worse, it’s viatl to ensure that you’re dressing appropriately for comfort and safety.
If you’ve got to travel anyway, always think about the age and condition of those travelling with you. If your car breaks down, it can be very difficult to keep warm and also very dangerous, so ensure everybody in the car has a something warm like a hat and a sweatshirt or a fleece or a warm jacket.
Keep warm this winter - wear a fleece, sweatshirt or a jacket!
Always ensure you have layered your upper clothing. Soemthing like just a sweatshirt is no good if you get stuck out in the cold, whereas a hoodie with a T-shirt underneath allows you to take your top layer off when you’re hot and put it back on again when you go outside and it’s cold. A fleece jacket is an ideal top garment as it offers great insulation without adding weight or reducing your mobility.
