Online Messaging
If you have placed an order with us via the website, please log into your account and click on the 'My past orders / status'. You will then be able to see a live status of your order and you will also be able contact us through our messaging system.

On receipt of the email, our returns department, will contact you with advice on how to send the garments back. It is essential that you obtain authorisation from us before you send the goods back. |

Embroidery formats accepted: *.exp, *.cnd, *.dst, *.emb, *.0oo. *.pes.
